After a year and a half or so of trying to lose weight last Friday I weighed in at 159.8, but unfortunately I think that was fluke and have been well above 160 since then. My first goal is to get to a healthy weight of 155 (highest in the BMI range for my height.) My next goal is to get into the 140s, and my dream goal is to be in the 130s, but that may or may not ever happen.
My plan is to get into the 140s before the end of the summer. I'm hoping that training for the half marathon and the full marathon along with having time off and a lot less stress in my life I can meet that goal. I'll weigh in here on Fridays to keep myself accountable and keep a better record of my journey. I wish I had done that like I said from the beginning, it would have been nice to be able to read back about my progress along the way.
